Group of employees attached to the National Museum transferred

Minister of National Heritages Dr.Jagath Balasuriya says that a group of employees attached to the National Museum has been transferred temporarily, in light of the robbery that took place at the museum Saturday morning.

Minister of National Heritage, Dr.Jagath Balasuriya shared these thoughts 

"As a temporary measure all those who were employed there at the time of the robbery have been transferred. Discussions are underway to establish a technologically advanced system to prevent such incidents taking place. We also hope to implement a new security system."
