Former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka was brought to a private hospital in Colombo yesterday.
This was to obtain specialised medical treatment.

''The government which had to kneel down in Geneva, is now acting like thugs in villages by shutting down our diplomatic missions in other countries. By the government's actions our country would be isolated in the world. The public should be aware of this,'' said the Former Army Commander Sarath Fonseka
