President Mahinda Rajapakse left Sri Lanka this morning to attend the fourth Bali Democratic Forum
The President will attend this Forum on a special invitation extended by the Indonesian President, Dr. Susilo Bang Bang U-Dayano.
The fourth Bali Forum will take place tomorrow and the day after.
The theme for this year's forum is "enhancing democratic participation in a changing world: responding to Democratic voices."
Heads of state, foreign ministers, and top level representatives from fifty four Asia Pacific countries will participate at this event which is being held at the Bali International Convention Centre.
